I’ve been hunting that 423 for awhile. As a designer I find errors and misprints awful and unacceptable, so I try to collect them all.

As that one has a cgc label that says "newsstand edition" AND also one that is the "error" that you just got! :banana: .... and then also the direct!

That was a fast study for me, and somewhat convincing in promise :) It was almost all the possibilities in one book :roflmao: 

There are couple of those out there. Hulk, Avengers, Daredevil and X-men 423. Of them I have found the error only in X-men. 
Found the Hulk in newsstand and thats it they are really hard to find. Did I forget one there might be more then 4? The FF 60
has one too.

I've been trying to find these too because they are fun oddities. I'm a little picky because I'll only buy them if they are a 9.8 candidate so I can submit them. The Fantastic Four book I found and submitted. The X-Men book I got on ebay, luckily just before the current price explosion. I had the Daredevil at one point but it came back 9.4 or 9.6 so I sold it.

They are extremely rare. I cant tell you how many FF 60s I have looked which also has a con variant.
I have found one Hulk copy, 2 X-men copies and have never seen the other books in person.

Yeah I sold my newsstand copy of CA6 for a  few hundred right before the show started. I’ve actually got a CGC 9.0 Newsstand of CA6 for sale on eBay.

To be true, I haven't gone through many of my MA titles for Newsstands. I separately did a DCU run-through but got bored about half-way through . . . Just starting to look at my modern Marvel titles. Here are a couple of X-Men which don't look all that readily available:

The Newsstand error versions are oddities. The Direct editions are oddities, with promo pricing that's inconsistent with the run. The regular Newsstands are just that: regular Newsstands, completely normal.

That FF label... :facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:

I've come across the newsstand many many many times, but never the error, probably because I want it.
