WHO ARE SOME OF THE WORST DEALERS

279 posts in this topic

dupcake is by far the scummiest pos on this planet

he is a nasty turd

and the only pleasure i have is knowing that he will burn in hell

which is where he is headed in the next world

i hope he gets raped by dirty midgets in the underworld if such a punishment can be created by Hades

REAL classy kid! (tsk)

If you’re going to post stupid nonsense like this at least spell check it or add punctuation.

I have to admit, the thought of Dupcake getting anally raped by dirty midgets in the underworld is very thought provoking. hm

If I ever get raped by midgets I hope they have the decentness to bath first.

:P

hmmmm.......midget porn!!!

(and the correct terminology is 'person of restricted growth' or 'hobbit')

..and yet, pretty funny all at the same time.

(thumbs u Agreed, the only only reason there are so many bad and lazy dealers out there is because lots of buyers have enabled them to be so.

If your only going to get a slap on the wrist, then the rewards far outweigh the risk.In conclusion buyers enable these lazy and bad sellers to overgrade and play tricks for them to flourish on Ebay.

1,000,000 comics is Gerry Ross. I bought a Detective 45, I think back in 1996. I was the wrong book on the inside. He told me he would give me a refund, or other books for my trouble. That was after 2 months of calling and being told he was not in.

I never recieved a thing from him, not one other book or a refund. He stinks. I will never buy from him again for that waste of time.

same thing happened to me, i returned a book to him, he said he never got it, damn crook! 893censored-thumb.gif893naughty-thumb.gif not to mention he can't grade to save his life! avoid him at all costs on eBay. rantpost.gif893applaud-thumb.gifboo.gif

I'm guessing this is the same One Million Comics that was set up this month at WW Chicago...I looked at a reasonably priced low grade Showcase 14, asked to open the bag to inspect it, and was reluctantly allowed....only to find two full leaves torn out of the back half of the book.

No mention of it on the price tag or the backing board. I'd guess in that shape it was a $100 book, it was low grade otherwise, and the asking price was $200.

Needless to say I spent my money elsewhere

Does anybody ever notice that a few of the old time dealers come off angry and have no people skills? Stuff like no eye contact and why are you touching my books kind of attitude.

If they had good people skills, they wouldn`t be comic dealers. (shrug)

Thanks alot Tim. Love to be stereotyped. :makepoint:

Honor has nothing to do with the profession. There are dishonorable people doing every job which has ever been created. It is the people that do the job that make it honorable or dishonorable.

There are alot more good people in this hobby than bad people.

Sorry. I didn't mean to offend you. I meant to say that you should have picked a *more* honorable profession, like a lawyer or politician.

Oh, you do realize I'm just yanking your chain, right? :baiting:

Dale not that I disagree with you but with all the various horror stories I have heard over the years it seems like the percantages are only about 55% to 45% in favour of the good guys. :tonofbricks:
