Only Kirby could pull off a cover like that...one of the best of the run. The Awesome Android is one of the most bizarre looking henchmen ever.GOD BLESS...

FF #3 is one of my grails, this will have to do for now.

Was that the latest #3 from the last ComicLink auction?

I got a low-grade one a few months back from them. A great book indeed!

I love that semi splash page with the spiked creature in front of the movie theatre.

It's one of the first comic images I remember from childhood (in the reprinted pocket digest)

Congrats! (thumbs u

Yes, it's from the Clink auction. I won it for less than my max bid, a little under GPA. It's my only FF...for now hm

Just be careful if you go raw...those early silver Marvels are NOTORIOUS for missing pin ups and ad pages. The FF 5 is often missing the ad for Hulk 1 ,the FF 2 missing the Thing pinup, etc. GOD BLESS...

Just got this from Doug at www.pedigreecomics.com and it's NICE. It would grade a solid 8.0 if not for a rusty staple. I haven't owned a nice copy of this in a long time.GOD BLESS...

Hi Jimbo

Nice to see this book go to a good home. If you are interested, I bought this book from Harley Yee 15 years ago in London (he used to come over for a couple of UK shows each year - I think it was Storey's Gate - the UK guys will remember). So I guess it has found its way home.

The page quality is excellent - the book has been sat in archival Mylar D all that time.

Regards

Alan (Glasgap, UK)
