I've had this book for a number of years. Just got it back from CGC. It is the Cookeville copy and I actually bought this book in Cookeville.

That was that only a 1.0 :o

 

I think he meant to write "why" and completely lost his words when he saw this :makepoint: So did I......so, why is this a 1.0? Split cover, loose pages.... anything (shrug)

The cover is about 95 % split. Cover is still attached. The split is so clean, it is hard to see, but you can see some flaking at mid spine. The spine split runs down from the top to the bottom staple and then up from the bottom to just below the staple. The book looks great in the CGC case.
