  2. Hello @R1V3R, thank you for contacting us! We are so sorry to hear you have not heard from us on the Customer Service team. Unfortunately, we were having trouble with our SMS messages going through, as phone carriers thought our messages were spam and our messages could not be seen on your end. This has since been resolved, so feel free to email in at any point! Can you please kindly provide us with the submission number you are referring to in your post? When I check your chat board name, it does not link to a customer number. Thank you in advance!
  3. Hello @pokesane, thank you for contacting us. Yes! We would be happy to update your address for you on your processing submissions. Please kindly send us an email on our Contact Page with the submissions numbers and the new address you'd like us to ship to, and we will get that information updated for you. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
  4. Hello @Reimold34, cards graded as perfect 10s will still be honored in our system, however, we are only grading cards as Pristine or Gem Mint 10 now. Please let us know if you need help with anything else. Thank you!
  5. Hello @RoLaren, currently CGC Cards only is able to grade cards that have "pack-pulled" signatures. In other words, the signature needs to have been printed on the card directly by the manufacturer. If the card was signed after manufacturing, unfortunately, we would not be able to grade it at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you for checking!
  6. Hello @Jamie G., thank you for contacting us. CGC Cards does not currently grade card packs, we are only able to grade and encapsulate individual cards. We continue to look at expanding to add more holder sizes soon to accommodate additional card sizes. Updates or more information is available at Cards We Grade & Policies. You can also find additional information on specific card types we do not grade HERE. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
  7. Hello @RLL, thank you for contacting us. Currently, it looks like we are only accepting comics, video games, or home videos at the show. You can verify this by reviewing the event's article HERE. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If these details change, we will be sure to update both the article and events page. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
  8. Hello @RJT3, Thank you for contacting us. Yes, CGC Cards grades virtually all trading card games (TCGs), sports cards, and non-sports cards. Currently, We currently accept cards sized 2-5/8” x 3-3/4” (6.6cm x 9.5cm) or smaller. Cards may be up to 7.25mm thick. As long as the cards are standard-sized, we should have no issues grading them. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
  9. Hello @Brooks55, thank you for contacting us. Please kindly private message me your reholder order number along with your cards' original certificate numbers and I will look into this for you. Thank you in advance!
  10. Hello @ThaBeeBear, thank you for contacting us. As of yesterday afternoon, this order was entered into the system. Thank you for your patience while we have worked to process and enter your submission details into the system. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

  12. Hello @KWest Comics & Games LLC, Thank you for contacting us. CGC Cards grades virtually all trading card games (TCGs), sports cards, and non-sports cards. 13. Hello @Poké-Oh! TCG, when you go to make a submission, the price does not factor in the credit you've received. We do not charge you until your submission gets to us in-house, where we will apply your credit and charge you for the remaining difference. There's nothing you need to do on your side, the credit will be automatically applied to the order once we go to take the payment. If you feel that we have charged you without applying your credit, feel free to send us an email directly and we can take a look at it for you! Please let us know if you need help with anything else. Thank you!
  14. Hello, CGC Cards does not currently share this information. Sports cards may vary in thickness, but most cards are around 35 pts. Any cards thicker would need to be reviewed by our grading/encapsulation team to see if they can fit in a standard holder or if a thick holder would better suit the card. Please let us know if you need help with anything else. Thank you!
  15. Hello @adamjb4, thank you for contacting us. While CGC Cards has merged both our trading cards and sports card grading companies, they do currently have their own respective software and accounting systems. What this means is that if you choose "trading cards" for your "collectible interest" for example, the credit will be applied to our CGC Cards trading cards accounting system (and visa versa with sports cards). When your brother goes to sign up, just be sure to select the collectible interest that best suits what he plans to send in (if he chooses to sign up at the Premium or Elite membership tiers). Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
  16. Hello @Russell Herman, thank you for contacting us. If your cards were signed after they were manufactured/produced, unfortunately, CGC Cards would not be able to grade the cards since we have no way of currently authenticating signatures. We are only able to grade cards with signatures that are "pack-pulled", or the card was manufactured with the signature on it at the time of production. If you have cards that you'd like to submit that do have pack-pulled signatures, feel free to submit them at any time! You can find more information on how to start submitting cards online at:  How To Submit. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
  17. Hello @RoLaren, I checked your invoice now, and all cards except for line 3 are in the census. You have to go to the actual census page to see them listed though. I will see if my team can get line 3 into the census for you. Hello @Fiacs0.o, we do not take photos or list grades on reholder orders since the certificate numbers remain the same. All details about the cards can be found on their original certificate numbers. Please let us know if you need help with anything else. Thank you!
  18. Hello @RoLaren, the census is updated every Wednesday, but it may vary depend on when your order was shipped. Feel free to reach out to us via email if you don't see your card in the census after this coming Wednesday. Please let us know if you need help with anything else. Thank you!
  19. Hello @BorderLanes, thank you for contacting us. If you send your card(s) to be reholdered with us, they will retain their current certificate number. They will not be given a new certificate after being reholdered, so they can still be referenced by the TCG Verification tool. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
  20. Hello, here was our grading team's reply - "There are no defined years for the conversion reprints. We use the year that the design was produced and include "Conversion Reprint" to show that it was put into reproduction at a later date." We hope this helps! Please let us know if you need help with anything else.
  21. Hello @alphajames, thank you for contacting us. We should be able to grade these cards with no issues. As long as the embossing does not cause the card to be thicker than 7.25mm, feel free to send these on it! Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
  22. Hello @northkorea, thank you for that image. I am checking with my team now about your inquiry. I will post back here once I have a reply. Thank you!
  23. Hello @Cameron Toussaint, I have sent my team a message to see if they have an estimate of when this portion of the pop report will be available again. We might not have an exact timeframe, but I will check on this for you and write back when I have a reply. Thank you!
  24. Hello @Munkii, yes, you may include a note on your submission form of the error you believe your card to have. This will be reviewed when grading your card. However, unfortunately, we would not be able to confirm with certainty that a card with a print error would be able to achieve a Gem Mint 10 grade since by definition, it is a "manufacturing defect".We hope this makes sense. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
