  3. Good morning, Thanks for your message. There is no set time for an invoice to remain in any specific department. It will all depend on the turnaround time and the tier you selected as well as how many invoices are ahead of yours in line. The customer does not see all the internal statuses on their end so while it may appear on your side that the invoice sitting still, it actually is moving forward, you just don't see that reflected on your end until it gets to the final quality control stage. The important time frame to look at is the overall turnaround time and not how long an invoice remains in any specific area because that is going to vary greatly from invoice to invoice. Thank you!

  10. Good morning, Thanks for your message. How the staples affect grade depend mainly on the degree of rust and the grade otherwise, which we will not know until we examine the books. As far as treatment, if light enough the rust can just be scraped off and keep a universal grade. If the grade is low enough and the rust does not matter, we do nothing to treat it. But if the rust is really bad and threatening the integrity of the book, we can replace them (and support the paper if torn through), although this will result in a conserved grade. Thank you!

  21. Good morning, Thanks for your message. This signing has not occurred yet. Generally there are several weeks between the cut off date and the actual signing date. If you noted the artist's initials on the outside of the box, those should be pulled and logged in faster than the regular mail. If you don't see your order logged in yet, it's possible it got missed and wasn't pulled out. Please contact our customer service department with the tracking number and your order number and let them know you did notate the artist's initials but it hasn't been entered yet and we can have our warehouse pull that order, if it got mixed in with the regular mail for that day.   23. Hi Kurt, I checked with our shipping manager and he is still waiting to hear back from UPS on this. It looks like everything sent via UPS on that particular day is showing the same thing in their tracking so it has to be some issue with UPS and their tracking system.
