What's the significance of Monday? The PS Store had "Monday" on a Spider-Man 2 graphic yesterday.

How many times can the studio screw a movie up? In less than a decade... BvS, Justice League, Black Adam, The Flash, Aquaman 2...

What's the nuance and context missed, with respect to discussing these movies?
Literally everything not related to the Box Office...

Not sure that there's any value in 4K of an animated 1990's movie, but I haven't watched that one in a long time. Was definitely my favorite Batman movie until The Dark Knight.

Too many years which allowed for ever-changing leadership to strongly influence the content and direction.
I had a good time with this movie. But it's clear there was something much stronger buried in the details that may have appeased more than a few expectations.
I think I see why people improperly compared it to how good TDK is; Ezra Miller's performance. The narrative isn't a standout, but his acting definitely is. "You're gonna go back to kill mom!?" Dude has screen presence.

Seriously only $30? Might be the best bang/buck I've seen in a long time.

Based on the 2016 9.0 sale and some of the comps from other issues, my guess would be $3k - $4k? But I wouldn't be surprised if it went for much more on a good day, or a bit less on a bad day.
Thought I could get a nice 9.0 GA book (not a "key") which last sold in 2014 for $350. Went more than 10X that in a recent auction. Positing this just to say that the hammer price might not be comparable at all.

Oh, the Frost Beast is that specific creature? My bad.

They showed the Frost Giants invade Earth in the first Thor movie.

The VFX are as bad on a small screen as they were on the big screen.

I'm impressed with people who will wait a year or two for work to be completed, but I guess I can understand that if you're really passionate about a pro doing their best work. 9 years is beyond ridiculous a wait time.

The thread starts as the iceberg hits, then there's the ensuing chaos and panic as the ship gets lower in the water. It splits in 2 and disappears into the ocean.
I hope some survivors get rescued in this version.
Let me know when we hit the submersible tour phase.

If it's supposed to be Qualified, then it's supposed to be Qualified. We don't need any more Dylans intentionally attempting to circumvent the guidelines.

DC generally printed all of their keys before the Marvel Silver Age even started. The "key" stuff afterwards was essentially printed to scale of demand. Though, Marvel does have high-$$$$$ keys that are still abundant...

It goes to listening to the fans (or not).
As I understand it, the bulk of the fan base (myself included) wanted to see Cavill cameo in The Flash and don't want to see Heard in Aquaman 2.
*Particularly* because The Flash included Affleck, Gadot and Momoa. Plus, the mountain of multiverse cameos further underscored Cavill's absence.
More to the point, both decisions (Cavill's inexplicable exclusion and Heard's inexplicable inclusion) are unforced errors.
If you're arguing just from "the fan perspective", I get it. I would rather have Cavill in The Flash and a different Mera in Aquaman. We both know it's more complicated than that, though.

...Even if she is only in "10 minutes" of the film...
That's partly why it's very different from the Cavill situation. It's gotta be more than 10X the work. We know that WB isn't going to invest any more money into this, and it's not valuable to assume that most signors would actually watch the movie without Heard in it. I would bet that most of them didn't watch Aquaman. Hel, I'd bet that most of them couldn't tell you if Aquaman was Marvel or DC if you asked them on-the-spot.
-
Why would you pretend that the Cavill and Heard situations are the same, despite not being remotely similar?
-
The movie isn't going to make money or further her career. I know, it's too much to ask that the fans view the movie as the creatives intended, even if the cinematic universe is dead.

Lol I do have a ng as well.
Anyone care if it says ng (no grade) or pg (page?)?
Meaning is there a preference?
PG should be a single page, NG for more than 1 page (coverless/etc).
