Finally, I own a copy of Cap 33. My favorite covers are Cap 3, 33, 37, and 41.

Complete with a monogrammed Bitter Old Man slab! Congrats. :applause:

BTW, were the peanuts extra? lol

I tuck my books in every night on a bed of peanuts. :cloud9:

I hit some big issues in the past couple months.

It took awhile for these to show up in the condition I needed. So I'm glad I can finally cross these tough books off the list.

It's tough not to overspend with Comic Connect's auction set up.

This made for a good fight Re: the Human Torch #12 and Marvel Mystery #5.

I say "well played" if you were an underbidder, I was very close to throwing in the towel.

The cap 27 looks like some color touch even though the seller claimed no restoration. But I'm ok with it. That book's been a pain in my rear. It was paired with USA #13 which doesn't seem to show up often.

The Marvel Mystery #5 is very rough, but I couldn't pass up a chance for the first Schomburg Torch cover.

As usual, if you have history or any info on these copies please reply!
