I like those Straight Arrow comics. I'm still looking for a cup if any one has one. I think it was for Ovaltine but could have been Quaker oats.

Bangzoom has been doing some good research in identifying pulp sources for many of his GA covers so it's not too surprising this continued into the 50s. I generally like his designs and I'm fairly certain he didn't swipe for his interior panels with the frequency that he may have done for his covers.

Great thread some awesome covers.

I have been collecting DC Westerns for few years and just started early Marvel Kirby/Ayers covers.

Some more ideas!

Hillman westerns also had lots of good reading in the 52 pagers, often with some great historical stories.

My wife has an assortment of westerns. I posted a Hi-Yo Silver here 3 years ago. Since then I have added more to that run, that I will post later. For now, I will share this one. The pic is washed out, and looks much nicer in hand. I should take a better one.
