I'm guilty of that myself. :P Never realized how misleading it appears though. I have a listing with the same thing going on right now hm ... Dishonest?

Thank guys. I didnt really think it was shady or anything. But when I saw the confusion it has caused here just now I wanted to take a step back and see what you all thought.

Midtown Comics is sold out of # 2, but they only got one cover. Hopefully the other one comes next week.

I was at Times Square at about 4:30 and there were some on the shelf. I noticed with #1 that during one trip they were out of the variant but they it the next time. They probably just need to restock the shelves.

annihilation Conquest: Starlord 1 is undervalued for sure as noted. Picked it up yesterday at the local shop and after reading it, this is the beginning of the regular team. Groot and Rocket become besties. Sleeper pick and low printed also.
