I thought I was going to get the "express" treatment with my last submissions. Mine went to GEI a few days after they arrived but have sat in that status for a few weeks now.

My economy fast track came in at the same time. I was hoping for that as well, but it's still at GEI also.

All they did was Ant-Farm slow track moderns, expect the others to go down as they attack the others, and modern will go back up somewhat.

Total speculation but there is zero chance covid isn't keeping some workers out of the office.  Every where has some people out right now for a least Jan.  Hopefully Feb wont be as bad as we come out of this again.

I hate it when they change their TAT's and you have submissions that are past that date.  It's like you know that TAT is just a lie at that point.

This pressing order delivered on 4/15 went to GEI on 12/22.  I do not remember the delivery date.  Invoiced on 12/3. 

Went to Grading/Quality Control over the holiday weekend...saw it on 1/17.  Just a 2 book submission...happy for the movement!

A little movement. 

I called CGC as well about something else, while on the call they hinted that the "grading/enscapsulation/imaging" stage is a bit slow currently. So maybe I won't see these shipped for 3 to 4 more weeks still (my guess).

might be a dumb question but does anyone know how long it usually takes for signing event orders to show up in your dash after delivery?

i'm assuming it just goes by the week it says they're opening packages on the services & fees page.

but i was also under the impression they'd be a little more expedited if you initialed the artist on the box.

 

my package was delivered on the 12th and i just thought it was a bit weird because i see some slow modern orders get added to the dash same day or within 1 or 2.

I have 6 value still there, joey delivered them in August. They usually get in the queue immediately and TATs are favorable but no such luck this time! And economy TAT just keep getting longer and longer, now at one half of a year.

so at this point, screw it. The books are out there in the ether and it is what it is. Now I haven't subbed again since, mama didn't raise no fool. Of course I check every day or so, but yeah, 2-3 months still I bet.
