Collider reports that the first trailer for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice will indeed debut alongside Mad Max: Fury Road. That's set to be released on May 15th, a date which would ensure that our first look at the highly anticipated 2016 movie (which is now less than a year away from being released) wouldn't be overshadowed by the release of Avengers: Age of Ultron or the second Star Wars: The Force Awakens teaser.

Warner Bros. is planning to release its first trailer for “Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice” with the May 15 launch of “Mad Max: Fury Road,” sources confirm to Variety.

 

Warner Bros. has not commented officially on the news, which was first reported by the Collider site.

 

The first footage for “Batman v. Superman” was unveiled last year at Comic-Con, a year after the project was announced as a sequel to 2013’s “Man of Steel.”

'It's a very important thing to Zack (Snyder) that the Batsuit would be comfortable and very flexible but then would be able to perform in a very natural and forceful way.'? He also said that another top priority was the neck piece. Snyder reportedly wanted to address the problem of Batman not being able to turn his head.
