The Comicconnect 8.0 could have pushed over 100 grand if CGC graded.

 

Still, it is safe to say an 8.0 is a 100 grand book.

Here's my 4.0. I really think mine is undergraded too (although it has a faint stain at the bottom which I've been told is the reason it graded low). When Matt N pressed mine he told me the page quality was bright & outstanding so I thought I would get "White" pages, and I didn't get that either. I've seen many 4.0s that don't even come close to these 2.

 

 

 

Maybe a 4.5 bump, but you have zero chance of the book upgrading to anything more than a 4.5 at best.

I'm not Gator, but even though SC4 is a very significant book in comics, I just don't see it ever passing AF15, especially since AF15 is the first appearance of one of the top 3 characters of all time in comics. That significance alone will help keep the book hot and price to continue to increase.
