gator, I read in the other thread that you valued hulk #1 at 4 grand a point.. At what grade do the two separate from that initial price per point example? Is hulk #1 really closing the gap that quickly? Thanks.

:applause: I'm reading all these comments and I am excite for the growth and upward projection for the book. I am also happy to see people sell their books and make a huge profit. I'm also happy to hear people buying their books on the cheap. I'm NOT happy about seeing my dreams of upgrading my raw to a 2.5 - 3.0 slipping through my fingers. Almost makes me wonder if I am shorting myself with my asking price. :facepalm:

4k a point is a good formula up to cgc 5.0 but 5.5 and above is when things explode above $4k point. Also all of gators af15s have no mc and great eye appeal thats why his formula works

Pq, in my experience, is a minor to moderate differential, even among lower grades. Not so much 2.0 and below but definitely in 4.0

I also think that way when it comes to SA books up to Bronze age (would affect BA books more if pages are less than offwhite). For GA books, cream-offwhite sells for about the same as a book with offwhite or offwhite-white pages. White pages still command a premium in all eras.
