Made offer at 75% asking. I accept. I send an invoice. I wait two weeks, nothing. I send a message, no response.

From looking at his feedback, I’m not the only one he’s done this to.

('item not as described' / 'damaged')

Worried it was damaged via USPS I quickly reached out to the buyer.
After exchanging multiple messages I discovered it was because they didn't agree with CGC's grade of 9.8 once they had it in hand
Received the book back, refunded, and blocked them.

Has a history of asking for refunds on books "not delivered" that are shown to be delivered in his mailbox. His problem is with USPS, not with me. Save yourself the hassle.

I'm assuming eBay made you pay for the shipping?
