SDCC 2016, July 20-24, San Diego, Ca.

I found out last night that I'll have one extra badge. 4 days + Preview. It's a pro badge but I got it after all the free guest badges were gone so I had to pay the regular price for it. $245.

It has my daughter's name on it but it's kind of gender neutral. I would like payment by PayPal but I don't want any PayPal fees so use the "Send money to friends or family" option.

I hear rumors that SDCC is going to do random ID checks to see if your name matches the one on the badge. If that happens, you need to run away or something because I don't want my daughter (or myself) to get blacklisted from future Comic-Cons.

First one to reply or PM gets it.

Update: Badge is taken.

Pat? Brett? Leslie? Cody?

I guess you're right. It does sound kind of funny and paranoid.

But totally true. It goes without saying that they would need a heads up...just in case.

I am super excited! I had to cut it a little short this year but I'm still heading down early Thursday. Also, Phis is in SD on Saturday night, so it really is going to be a special SDCC for me!

Hmm.. I curious to know if there will be a restriction on items that can be signed by the WB cast... will they allow a comic or will they restrict signing to a poster?

If it's like last year, only the poster is allowed to be signed (at least for the movie signing at the DC booth).

lol

(shrug) Did I commit a faux pas?

I don't think so. I was just laughing about you trying to sell your tickets and telling them at the same time that they may have to turn and run away from security. lol It's still funny.

Ugh... really? I was hoping a book signed .... so does this make it worth it now?

I'm there Thurs-Sun!!!! If you see me, say Hi!!! I will drop by and say hello to my fellow members like usual and buy, buy, buy again!!! Also, I have someone looking for a She-Hulk #1 9.8 CGC, SS is welcome as well, at a good price. If you have one, let me know, he's there only Friday. He's new to collecting, out of the closet, and has money to spend on SA/BA/Modern. He's not into GA yet.
