It’s a thing. I first noticed it when I got a Red Ryder Comics #1, so I started checking images of others via listings/sales and they all had three.

Only three copies on the census, this is the new highest graded blue label (one restored at 3.0, the other blue label is a .5)

Nine copies in the census (now). This one is the new top census 8.5, sitting in a box waiting for me to get home to unpack it.
