The nice part about #6 is that it was also included in the Walmart packs when they still were worthwhile (e.g. included 1:100-1:1000 ratios). At the time I considered them a waste since I bulked every issue of HR, but now I am glad they were included 😂

Very glad that Clink misplaced my Heir to the Empire 1st Thrawn... they found it after an hour and already have it queued for a future auction... one that now takes place after the announcement that Thrawn is officially coming and that they cast him.

Been delayed for almost a year. Can’t remember if I ordered a copy at my shop or not. 

There is a TFAW variant for this book as well (limit 1500). Be interesting to see how that holds up.

The TFAW variant sold for $90 yesterday. There's an auction up right now for 2 sets of the A & B cover that's up to $115 as I type, with 41 bids and a day and a half left.

It's already like Spiderboy-level fomo, at least with the SW fans.

Yeah, be interesting to see how much the market gets flooded. I guess the 1st print has some weird ambiguous scene that could be read as a continuity error if you’ve read/reading two of the YA novels. It’s going to be fixed in digital and trade editions, so that’s something else.

Crazy book... any idea on the print run for the A and B?  I would think all of the delays could have jumbled up the ordering...

2 of my shops were sold out. One shop only ordered one. Not sure about the other but it was gone within 30 mins. 

I forgot to add it to my pull, so none for me. I told my other shop to add any Star Wars books to my pull, so hopefully I’ve got one.

You know, I didn't realize that this was delayed. When I saw that it was heating up I was kicking myself for slowing down on Star Wars speccing. But I just checked and it looks like I did pre-order some.

 yeah it was that long ago. No idea why it was pushed back. Neither of the main covers is close to what was solicited either. The TFAW variant is close to it.

What I found funny today is at one of my shops, some guy came in and asked if they had the new “young Jedi academy book” and proceeded to say how he’s been reading all of the new books and needs that one. Almost like he thought they were holding one back.  dude has been reading the whole high republic books and doesn’t even know the generic name for all the books that have been being released for two years now. Suurrreeee, Superfan.
