These 1st run Cockrum pages are definitely undervalued on a relative basis. That page is early and fantastic.

No clue if this is high, low, within reason, etc. I do know I scrolled this auction and this stopped me in my tracks. I don't collect the artist, property or genre either.

I don't get this one. You could by 3 good Hellboy covers for that. It's really cool, and all, but if you're going to spend that kind of money on a Mignola, you want Hellboy. Just my opinion, FWIW.

Mignola Dracula material doesn't come up often. Same as his Batman-related material.  Still $144K :dollars:

Its the David Mandel effect, they wanted something owned by Mandel and help him pay off his X-Wing.
