(and it’s huge.  As published the art image is about 3-4” tall, as drawn its almost a foot tall!)

My official first pieces of OA arrived today. Still have more on the way, but couldn’t wait to post. The Darkness #27, pages 14 and 17 pencils by Clarence Lansang, I need to verify the inker..

Capping off my first year of OA collecting with this beautiful example of Jaime Hernandez's storytelling and formalist chops. Excited to add this to my collection and marvel at the work of a master cartoonist.

I got two more pages in this week. The first is Venom #2, inked by Marco Galli. I’m not sure which volume it’s from. Lots and lots of bats.

The second page is sentimental. It’s from X-men Icons: Nightcrawler #2, page 9. I did the flats for Brian at Hi-Fi on this one.  No Nightcrawler, or key events, but still a page I will be keeping. Pencils by Matt Smith and inks by Mark Morales.

Michael Turner, mostly known for his Witchblade run, Fathom and Batman vs. Superman, began his career at Top Cow as a background artist of Cyberforce. In February 1995, 9 month before Witchblade #1 was released, Top Cow published Michael's first full interior work in Cyberforce Origin #2. Today I got a beautiful page for my collection:
