Anyway there was one on Sexual Harassment in the workplace. The main advice they gave to avoid it was for a man to

 

1) be Handsome

2) Be goodlooking, and

 

3) don't be unattractive

My company actually does Sexual Harassment Training (prevention). It's the law in California for medium to large companies with over 50 employees. (Training for Managers and Supervisors is required because of AB1825.)

 

Hostile work environment harassment is actually more prevalent in terms of sexual harassment (vs Quid Pro Quo).

If he cost the Fund 7500 by his behavior, then that alone should get him booted. Frankly, that money should have come out of his own pocket.
