I am once again attempting to put together the early run, 15-39, of New Adventure/Adventure Comics. This time with much stricter grade and PQ requirements. Thanks to all the board members who are already helping!

Special thanks to the board member who put me in to this book today! (worship)

Stunning copy!

We are chasing the same books, but I will settle for VGs, so we shouldn't cross paths too much

Thanks Bill!

Yeah I'm not too concerned about it. I'll let you know when I come across those lower grade copies :gossip:

This thread has been getting a lot of activity lately. I'll join in. This book cannot compare to the Flessel and Flanigan books from an aesthetic standpoint, but it's darn hard to find:

I like it

Nice book!

I have seen less copies of the 3 than the 2. That's the highest grade I have ever seen it in too. The Lost Valley is a 2.5 if I remember correctly.

Thanks, I'm very happy to have it. To say it was tightly graded would be an understatement. Kind of like this one:

Ok, so not a lot of interest in #35. That's fine, moving on to another Flessel.....

Adventure #36 is one of my favorites. I can imagine being a kid looking at this cover in amazement.

Must've been pretty cool to see something like this in a time with no color TV's. This was cutting edge entertainment.

Bumping this pic because it's awesome. Like shooting a snake in the face isn't cool enough, he needed to adda volcano too. :)

Other than this cover and the hippo cover also in this run, are there a lot of other "SHOOT THE ANIMAL IN THE FACE" covers? Could that be a new thread? Hhmmmm........
