I decided to browse through a store similar to Goodwill while I was out on my lunch break today. As I was about to leave, I came upon a few random comic books and stated to flip through them. It looked like there was nothing but drek to be had, but then I found a copy of Captain Marvel #17 (2nd printing) with a $1.50 price tag on it. I almost did a little dance right in the store when I realized what I was holding.

This is a bit different than a flea market find, but part of the story is very fitting for this thread.

So there was this toy show in WV this past weekend and one of the guys that sells comics from my area was there and he said this guy came up to him carrying a plastic grocery bag and it had this in it.

Keep in mind it was only in the plastic bag. he said the guy was carrying like it was his lunch or something.

p><p> He said he tried to make a deal on it but the guy didn

The owner did however get to throw away his plastic bag and put it in an actual comic bag/board.

I bought some books from an Antique store that was in the process of moving and a Hulk 181 from an original owner.

The 181 is missing the stamp (Carefully cut out)

The antique store had most everything else in the pic.

It was interesting because mixed in with some Fish Police were 4 X-Men 101's ranging from VF to a possible 9.8.
