Showcase #4 Club

3,405 posts in this topic

the 5.0 has passed AF15 5.0 public sales

I've turned down multiple 25K offers on my 5.0 sc4

SC4 is really showing growth.

I was called crazy saying it was competing with stronger numbers than Hulk 1...sure looks like it in these grades

6.0 Showcase 22 isn't doing too bad either. At over $6k with an hour left ....

-J.

Now at 7k, an all time high on GPA for that grade. DC books are really doing well in this auction.

Could be that people are realizing how affordable the 22 is compared to the 4. And how tough it also is above a 5.0....

-J.

That's a very nice 6.0...but again SC22 has been undervalued.

SC 22 6.0 closed at $8k. :o

-J.

Again, very nice copy. SC22 6.0 under 6K days are over.

For sure #2 at the moment on the top 10 SA list but not sure it will surpass AF15. This is fun to watch nothing but good for the hobby (the top books competing with each other).

Thoughts?

The 2 sales tonight beat out public AF15 sales in the same grade :baiting: SC4 for president!

What the Flash? According to some here he's a joke and no way he can be worth much...

I'm being sarcastic of course.

I knew this book was on fire in all grades and has surpassed Hulk 1 and pushing AF15.

I hope it continues.

I wish that I had bought a copy of Sh4 10 years ago when I first came to these boards...n

Me too! I bought a TOS 39 my first week in the boards...while that has gone up...I wish I bought a SC4 back then too

The 4.5R, trimmed with a lot of amateur resto went for $6,600.

The igb 9.8R went for $15,000

I doubt that's enough space to make what they are doing profitable.

I see it going up and up, but it'll never overtake AF15

Never is an awfully long time ;)

I wonder if and when it could overtake AF #15?

Absolutely never. I can't believe people would even think it might.

From April 29, 2015

Wonder if those how said these things have changed their tune at all?
