After reading this I'm freaked out about the 2 PGX books I own. I posted pics over in Please Buddy Can You Spare a Grade if anyone wants to check them out.

 

I'm seriously considering cracking them and sending to CGC...

I would crack them and re-submit to CGC anyway. (shrug)

 

What's wrong with just cracking them and enjoying them? :shrug:

Why not just enjoy cracking them? (shrug)

Okay, first of all, if this Ryan fellow is taking books home to grade, that would seem to be inadequate security on the company's part... as in they did not take adequate steps to safeguard the security and condition of the book. (Also, if three graders are looking at each book, are they all going to Ryan's place or is the book travelling all over Oregon?)

 

It would also seem to invalidate their Insurance policy. If the insurance was used to pay for the book, then the Insurance company certainly seems to have an issue here as well.

You mean the post where you mention how anything you post doesn't count for much anyway? And that it is the same here?

Yea, thats me from a lifetime ago. This is an ex from years ago who

unfortunately has not gotten the help she needs. I don't want to go into it

to much but she is very unbalanced and dangerous and is obsessed with me in

a very negative way. This has led to her becoming a convicted felon and

spending a large amount of time in jail and it is likely she will continue

to deteriorate mentally as no one has stepped in and gotten her help as far

as I can tell. I have had no contact with her in a long time and she knows

almost nothing about how PGX is run.

Regardless of this woman who he claims is obsessed with him lol it doesn't explain any of the issues PGX has with graded books that turn out to be restored, or covers attached to mismatched pages or beat up pages with a mint looking cover.

 

She seems to know plenty about PGX and he is trying to discredit her by accusing her of jail time, etc. Pretty interesting especially for the world of comic books. 

What a crock of mess.Unbalanced my azz.

I met this young lady at 2 seperate shows that Dan and Ryan were at.She was working the pgx booth.She was introduced as Peggy Rutledge,Dans GF.They indeed had a child together.

As far as Ryan talking books home that is true.He had a box that he brought in from his car and starting grading them as he stood there.About 15-20 seconds a book.

Ryan is infamous for his Barks file copies as well as the red circle and blazing comics ,He bought coverless copies off of ebay and put these covers on them.I believe they came from Dark Adventures.

This woman is legit(I believe) and what she says rings true.
