I thought bronze horror would get a boost, but I haven't seen that yet. Here's a recent pick-up from the comic link auction. This Menace #7 was the last book I was looking for to complete my "Melting covers" Nice, congrats! I love those too. Pretty sure there are more. Atlas seemed to love that “motif”. vaultkeeper

Atlas always had some of the most terrifying covers, but by this time, with the CCA approaching, no more skeletons, vampires, werewolves, etc. on the covers. Popular Post Grottu
Got tired of looking at my CGC Qualified 5.0 copy of Werewolf by Night 32, so I sold it for a ridiculous sum and have been sprinkling the profits around on some fun pre-code titles... badback83, Mr. Lady Luck, vaultkeeper and 9 others

Popular Post jimjum12
Recent pick-up VOODOO 1 by Ajax Farrell (1952). With all the price increases lately, the PCH genre almost seems cheap. This one has a Matt Baker story that looks like it may have been intended for an issue of Seven Seas Comics .... GOD BLESS.... -jimbo(a friend of jesus) I borrowed shots of the Matt Baker story from www.comicbookplus.com .... if you ever wonder what's inside a comic from the 40's and 50's AND the comic is in the Public Domain, chances are it's available there. FANTASTIC research site. Edited March 24, 2022 by jimjum12 MrBedrock, bronze johnny, comicjack and 15 others 15
