Here are the notes: Notes: name written in ink top margin of 1st page 4 tears & small creases right front cover breaks color 3 pieces of tape on interior cover. most of spine is split. spine wear breaks color dried glue at open tears Given that the spine isn't completely split and (apparently) the cover isn't reattached with tape, I think it would get a grade above 2.0 from CGC ... but you might be taking an expensive gamble to find out.
