Hepcat
Look, a gorilla! A gorilla?! On the cover of a comic book? What will they think of next? Thought I'd throw in a non-hero book. Very difficult issue to find in grade. I knew it! First it was gorillas, and now dinosaurs! Well don't say I didn't warn you. Hepcat
But these books (plus one other which was 12-cent cover, Superman 152 - the last Superman I needed to have all 51+ years I've been alive; 2 Action left to go) were just what I needed. A laudable achievement to be sure! As for Action, I am missing #300 (5/63) and #295 (12/62) in order to have a complete run from #277 (6/61) up. Throw in #276 and #269, and I get a compete run back to #264 (5/60). These two? Myself I just need a 299 to have 250-414, I just haven't found the right copy yet! Like this one maybe? MusterMark
Thought I'd throw in a non-hero book. Very difficult issue to find in grade. Sure is. I think I was told once that 8.0 is the highest grade on the census for this one.
frozentundraguy
This book arrived the other day. It features a classic cover by Joe Kubert, and is one of my favorite issue of Showcase.
Ebel 1911
Very nice I especially like the Action 266. Haven't seen that one before and I've always been a Krypto fan.
Silver Collector
This is my only 10 cent Action Comics. I like it because it shows off the era of the more "rotund" Superman, thanks to Wayne Boring. Mike

PowderedH2O
I remember that Lois Lane story reprinted in the early 70's in a 50 or 60 center. I thought it was great, although as a little kid I was confused how Green Arrow could be so clean cut in one story and so hairy looking in another.
