In a new report by Valdosta Daily Times, the unnamed Hawaii couple has chosen to drop the restraining order against Miller. Official court documents revealed that a judge had dismissed the case at the couple's request. Their lawyer, William Dean, has yet to comment on why the couple had decided to no longer take Miller to court. While the temporary restraining order was to prevent the actor from pursuing further harassment against them, a hearing had been initially set for this Wednesday. Still, it's unclear if it will happen anymore. Quote Even though this restraining order has been dismissed, a hearing for Miller's arrest is still scheduled to take place on April 26. While Miller nor their representatives have yet to respond, it follows right after a report about the actor's future as The Flash. Last week, an emergency meeting had "taken place" at Warner Bros. and DC Films as they were trying to decide about Miller's DCEU future. However, it didn't take long before Warner Bros. reached out to the press to rebuke the original story, categorizing the claims as an "exaggeration." He had an extremely messy divorce where it came out how abusive and at times coked up he was. To include pulling a gun on his wife. But it came up and then was tamped down quickly. Kind of like when he called Scarlett Johansson's character a slut passed around across each of her cast mates and Chris Evans laughed along when he said it. I genuinely have no clue - Hawaii assaults, non-binary pronouns, KKK threats, fake moustches, Keaton or Affleck, Monica or Gal, Cavill is Deadshot or Superman, or The Flash, drugs and restraining orders, and hitting women with chairs.Oh, and Aquaman too.
