Amazing... it went up $125/day since the HA sale! And people say crypto is a scam...

Nice page though. After the comment above I did the math on a few pieces for fun to see if it checks out, and came up with a decent number of pieces that have appreciated $125/day over the past few years. Crazy.  Not saying it's true of that pieces in particular, but it was an entertaining exercise.

Price reflects TWO markups-- one for the dealer and another for the consignor.  Might sell for $12-13k later this year if a willing buyer emerges...otherwise will be returned to owner no worse off.

Now at Panel Page for $22,500

PANEL PAGE ART  UNPARALLELED WORKS OF COMIC ART.

WE DO MORE THAN JUST SELL ART.

Years ago, Glen Brunswick, owner of PANEL PAGE ART, met a prestigious art dealer that had a Madison Avenue gallery. He asked the dealer how he could tell if a piece of art was good or not. The dealer said he based his opinion on a gut feeling. He had to love the art he represented at least a little bit. It's this philosophy that goes into every piece of art we buy and sell. We consider ourselves curators of comic art collections.

I always assume the dealer bought outright at auction and is looking to flip but I guess, to your point, the dealer is just the "clearing house"?
