ya the comic QC definitely seems to be much faster.

Have you figured this out? I had this issue on Mobile and had to check on the computer to fix this, or change my browser on mobile to desktop view, and everything works correctly.

I have not. I sent an email but no response. Im on my laptop. My cards are in Tampa now, so it seems someone forgot a step hahaha

Just call customer service. They always answer the phone and can answer your questions if you have not done so by now.

It seems it's taking 3-4 weeks per 1 week of opening since the week of the 15th...  Mine arrived the 24th still nowhere to be seen, who knows I think another week or two I'll be good

This makes me so excited, my Bulk was received 2/2, hoping that it's only 3-4 more weeks for 'scheduled for grading'

My standard submission of 20 cards recvd 4/30 has been scheduled for grading. At what point will they charge me ans how long am I looking at now? This is my 1st submission that has seen movement, my 3 other economy submissions from January yet to see activity so I am unfamiliar with the process. Thanks
