Considering the length of turnaround times, there's not any sign of it yet in terms of their revenue.  But the quality and integrity of the product have arguably declined.  Newton rings and labeling errors indicative of decline in product quality.  Significant decline in grading consistency, due at least in large part to the variable application of grading standards as the number of graders has markedly increased.  Now removal from the label of potentially vital information needed by buyers and sellers both, replaced by a more costly and far more labor-intensive alternative way of access.

We've all read in other threads about problems with the pressing services, if you're so inclined to use them.

For what its worth, I have noticed some sellers on Ebay taking pics of the graders notes and including the pic in the listing.

CGC you realize this will affect people trying to actually sell slabbed books right?  Kinda hamstrings them.

Is there a difference between there being no grader's notes and them being "unavailable"?  Do they mean the same thing?  Or is my memory REALLY wrong and it never says "No notes" and only says unavailable?

Sellers on eBay may want to do themselves a favour and just include screen shot of grader notes now. Save the hassle of being asked for them...I always obliged but I really don't see ANY actual benefit to this decision...Other than more monies for CGC...

Exactly. This is what first came to mind. I'll need to make a practice of checking grader notes prior to buying CGC books now but I have a long list of graded CGC comics I've submitted and in the collection that the "grader notes unavailable" note comes up.

I raised this to many CGC Rep's a couple of months back, and they said it would be resolved soon.  @CGC Mike - Why are we only limited to 10-15 books prior to being locked out?

Many of us are looking at tons of slabs for a large purchase, and need this info readily available.  Why offer something 'Free' to paying customers if its not always available?
