Two more non paying bidders, this guy riccol6054 keeps me waiting for ages and finally says he will pay on Friday, that comes and goes, I contact to ask him if he's still going to pay, but has just ignored me. 

Then this other guy, ramb_1822 buys the item on the 16th, does not pay straight away, then today on the 19th sends me a message saying he can't pay as it says out of stock for some reason, I respond, telling him that I'm not sure why it's saying that, so I'll send another invoice and he can try again. I then decide to phone ebay, they tell me there's no problem on my end, but on his and he will have to phone them to resolve it, so I tell him this and in the mean time, he leaves me a neutral, WTF, it's not even my fault and he has not even given any time to resolve the issue which is clearly at his end and not mine!

ramb_1822  just got back to me and said it was a problem on my end, which ebay said it was not. He then said he's bought another copy now and don't want mine, I wish he just said he didn't want it in the first place and i could have canceled the transaction. So I looked at the one he bought and it turns out he bought it just after he bought mine on the 16th Sept, so was all just BS to begin with, but he had the audacity to leave a neutral because feedback because he bought another one, lol. Got ebay to remove the feedback, no thanks to him though and wasting my time having to phone them up about it all :-(

I am the only bidder on a book that is pretty much overpriced at min bid but I bid at the minimum.

It sat for a week.

One day to go in the auction, someone put in one bid, which would put them in the lead, and immediately retracted the bid.

The dude is a shill.

I accepted his offer for my Amazing Spider-Man #5 CGC 2.0, and never heard from him again despite a week of reminders.

As much as I sell on eBay this happens to me fairly rarely, this is the first non-paying bidder for me this year. Hopefully the last!

This happened to me once. I moved and bought a book and completed before I realized I moved.

By the time I got a hold of the seller it was too late to do anything and luckily I had contact information and was able to warn the new owner a package would be arriving

I would recommend adding ebay user: hecticnerd or the former name of bavariancreation

Submitted an offer for a CGC 9.6 ASM 129 that I had posted and I accepted. Gave me a story about waiting a few days for eBay to approve his business so that he didn't have to pay sales tax. Ended up waiting 11 days and canceled the sale for non-payment (message to the buyer went unanswered and buyer changed their ID).

His response was kind of shady. He said to me that eBay covered the sell, so we both won? eBay gave me the money back without having to pull funds from me.

About 15 years ago, I bought a hardcover from Ebay (The Twelve by Justin Cronin) but still had by old address listed on Ebay - yep, another example of my world famous procrastination). Anyways, I realized it after the tracking said it had been delivered but I hadn't received it. I drove to my old place and asked for it. The guys response was that he never received it. My thought, "Whatever dude. I'm not sure why you're being a jackwad over something so small, but whatever." I just bought another copy and chalked it up to the fact that some people feel that if they can get away with being a jackwad, they'll be a jackwad just because.

Is anyone else having trouble leaving feedback on eBay today? The option has been removed from my sold listings. I've looked under several different menus, all of the places I'd normally be able to access it, but suddenly...in ain't there. On the desktop site OR the mobile app. Just need to leave positive feedback for a buyer who just paid me this afternoon and I can't, for some odd reason.

Never mind, I'm a big dummy. I apparently turned on "automatic feedback" yesterday while I was clicking around. What a ma-roon. Carry about your business, nothing to see here!

Also, I noticed this yesterday: i used to be able to go to a "leave more feedback" page where I could see ALL of my transactions, both purchases and sales, that need feedback, but I can't find that as of yesterday. Very odd. Meanwhile, I just won an auction, and i DO have the option to leave feedback for that. Just not my sales. 

 

More dumb guy stuff, though I am leaving it up to atone for my stupidity.

Nearly two weeks after item close (for a whopping $7.99 item), during which time I re-sent their invoice and sent 2 reminder messages, I still have received no payment and no contact whatsoever.  

Looking at the user's feedback, I see other sellers had the same issue.
