I dont understand the origin of the plastic shards... what are they removing those from during the process? How isn't this issue identified and rectified yet? They can't have that many random plastic shards floating around the encapsulating area... can they??

Next time, as tempting as it may be, do NOT order the complimentary box of plastic shards, CGC. They only bring you trouble!
