I usually find some hidden gem in is booth of disarray but sadly, not this time. Love him or not, he sure is a happy guy and brings so much fun to a Con. I only sold one biggish book at the Swap meet, and he bought it. But yeah, he does bring a ton of joy to the event lol. I told him I saw his old episode on tubi where he traveled to check out someone’s collection and buy stuff. He said there was more episodes coming out I believe. Popular Post Robot Man
My pickups from the show. Didn’t have a lot of time so I hit dealers I like and some strangers. All but the Spellbound were from box diving. Found some gems at very good prices. A little bit of everything. The pulps came from 2 different sellers. The Weird Tales were from my neighbor. Nice copies and priced right and “each” so I bought them all. The rest were from a seller who was pulling them out unbagged from a box and had them priced “each” flea market style and prices. The way I like to get them. Maybe my best sellers at the show were pulps. Sold most of 2 long boxes. Thought I had them priced aggressively. I know dealers who didn’t seem to be familiar with them bought a lot. A couple guys were desperately trying to look them up on their phones without much luck. Was real happy because they were dupes mostly bought at off the radar places at “each” prices. Getting harder to keep the boxes full. There are not a whole lot of vintage collectibles on those characters I am aware of. I do have this Archie/Jughead felt beanie from 1968. The button is the earliest club button from the 1950’s. I don’t have any Ritchie or Casper items. But I have this circa 1962 Little Audrey vinyl purse though. adamstrange, Mmehdy, Hepcat and 6 others 8

Popular Post mlansdown
@Patriot6 asked about Richie Rich items in an earlier post on this thread. Here's a nice original page from the 1961 issue of Richie Rich Millions #1. This page was an early eBay purchase that always makes me smile when I see it hanging on my wall. I have some early Little Audrey original dailies that I will try to post as well. MusterMark, Patriot6, adamstrange and 3 others

Popular Post Robot Man
Nice RR art Mark! Although I have a few cool original pieces, I have never dabbled there much. Art has always been a “crime of opportunity” for me. Here is an unusual piece I picked up with a couple others years ago. Maybe a bit less desirable due to the character and the fact it is a photo cover but fun none the less. These Nyoka photo covers are campy and fun. jimjum12 and littledoom

Robot Man
Finally got a suitable copy of this at a reasonable price. Been looking for some time. The sexual tension is how you say "interesting". Glad to cross it off the list. And, just for fun, I thought I'd include a few more items that are WAY harder to find than this Spirit Section...
