And another from Greg Land. Can’t remember which title. Brilliant double page splash

WOW! :shy: awesome stuff!
Could the wolverine/sabretooth be from around issue#54 or #55? I know #55 was the "death" of sabretooth, with a greg land variant, so it is possible!

Possibly Wolverine: Black White and Blood #2

https://www.comics.org/issue/2177154/?

It just as easily could've originally been named Black White and Red.

The Cover for GI Joe 300 was broken up and put on a Facebook reply auction over the past couple of days.  Comprising of 300 Joes and Cobras, each character was drawn in full over the course of a few months and then scanned and photoshopped to put together the cover.   I was able to win five pieces, throwing a hail Mary for the Snake Eyes.   Sniping was rampant so I got the big one I wanted but was sniped by $1 out of two others I was looking for.

I was able to win:

  1. Snake Eyes with accompanying Timber the Wolf
  2. Clutch
  3. Recondo
  4. GI Jane (Kind of disappointed I was sniped out of Joe Colton / GI Joe) (Might sell this one).

Here is the cover, the black and white cover and the individual pieces.

Wow that's a pretty interesting way to make a cover. Congrats on getting your top pick though. Sure is gonna being tough if someone ever decides that they want to put this cover back together.

Not making fun.  What made you start to pursue Silver Surfer?

Wound up winning the Storm Shadow piece as well. So I will be keeping those together.  I have not gotten anything framed in awhile.  This might be something worth framing.  I figure you have Snake Eyes facing Stormshadow with the actual comic opened to show both front and back covers between them.

:whee:

First comic I got in 1972 was SS1. When hurricane destroyed us in 2018 and I had to sell my comic collection, I turned to art during covid and decided to focus on my first and favorite character.

:golfclap:That's a cool way to rebuild.  Very nice.
