A Fox Annual thats been on my Want List, Found one that was graded poor for missing the first page, I was pretty sure this was not the case as a Fox books often had page one printed on the inside of the cover. So sure enough every remaindered ( covers removed)  in the annual started with page two.

Included in this Annual:   Hoot Gibson 3 with a nice Wood story

                                        Crimes Inc. 12 (1)

Pedro 18 (1) Early Wood Art

                                       Famous Crimes 17

HOOT GIBSON WESTERN ROUND UP NN.jpg

A book I've never seen. Nice score!

OK so here is an interesting, sad, kinda neat-o , don't know what to call it story.

So my friend calls me up the other day and tells me found a yellow envelope with old comics in it at his dad's house who recently passed away. Said it was mostly just a few full 10 and 12 cent comics and  a pile of covers. His father was of the age that he probably bought these as a kid. Anyway here's the sad that most are just the front covers but cool to find anyway pics.

The Lassie 1 and Rex the wonder dog 2 are full comics. The rest are just covers and the other full comics were silver age so won't show them here.

There's a seller on eBay offering quite a few GA coverless books.  You might try to see if any would be a match for one or more of your covers.  Marriage here wouldn't be a bad thing.

Totally I was like well if ol pops there had kept those whole you'd be looking atmany thousands. Some of the covers are in remarkably good shape considering they were ripped of  the book.

Still I'm pretty happy to even be able to buy the cover of Reform school girl and some others off him. :cloud9:

Thanks for the info.  It would be cool to get the insides to any of these even if it is only the front cover.

Yeah, a little sad but still a great find. Several classic covers in the mix. The Reform School Girl is ALL about the cover anyway so you ain’t missing much.

Congrats !
