It's always nice to have more hands. However, and please know that this is only my opinion, I don't think more people is the answer to this particular issue. I think it's got more to do with the mindset/attitude/cavalierness of the people you already have. The question is, how do you make people care more?

This job is along the lines of retail and fast food. Do not need any special skill set, other than being respectful of other people's property

Can you please elaborate on what you've identified as the cause of the little plastic shards in cases?

Also how are you correcting issues like the wrong labels? Are people being fired? Retrained? Expand on the steps taken please, that would really help to restore some confidence.

Many years ago, when I used to meet Steve Borock for lunch after dropping books off, I was introduced to the workers in the encapsulation room at the restaurant we were eating at. Not what I expected.

And as the words were flowing out of my mouth my brain realized he was dressed as Deadpool, but my brain parts couldn't stop my mouth parts in time.

He very slightly dropped his shoulders and a meek little "Spiderman" came from under his mask.

I wish I could have folded myself into another plane of existence star trek style at that moment.
