Did some eBay shopping this week, picked out two books from two different sellers. Both books arrived today, and both were the wrong book! When I opened the first package, I was like whaaaat?! Then when I opened the second package all I could do was laugh out loud.

Book 1: Bram Stoker’s Dracula #1 second printing.

Luckily these were cheap, I’ve messaged both sellers. 

I was hoping what I initially ordered would be good candidates for CCS and CGC.

I’m actually not upset, these things happen and I’m sure the sellers will work with me. I’m still going to have a nice Saturday.

Makes me feel the way I did when I saw a couple of my favorite Kirby covers.

@dover Of the few Judge Dredd that I've read, it does surprise me how much I like the read. I mean it's a dryer aired humor, imo, I mean I enjoyed it. A bit even psychotic at the surface. An other world and that the Judge is somehow the center  of the story.

I mean it's a sweet experience, Congrats on your reads and buys!

CGC high grade slabbed for $25 that's a bargain. I love this run too, with gorgeous McFarlane art through out the rest of the 3 issues. It's still under the radar of a lot of collectors IMO. When you consider the value that Batman 423 has, I don't get why these are still so cheap. The covers of 576, 577 & 578 are similar to it too. The cover of Batman 423 is apparently what makes it a big key

Yeah, I always wondered why those other three McFarlane covers (Tec 576-578) don't get the love that Bats 423 gets. I love the 423 cover a lot, but I feel like the Tec covers are up there. And once you start pointing out the flaws in the Batman cover (missing color, etc.), you can't not see them again.

Maybe this is a discussion which should have it's own thread, but look at how similar the Tec year 2 covers are to the Bats 423 cover below...

Thanks,Cert vert says it was graded 12/8/20, so relatively recent. I try to get 9.6s with no white showing on the spine. Thats just a pet peave of mine for something graded this high. I’ve seen a few 9.6s lately with a decent amount of white spine showing at the bottom, while nothing at the top. Seems to be rather prevalent on ASM 361.
