Today at the convention in NYC I saw one dealer selling Incredible Hulk 456 and 457 for $25 each (Apocalypse/ Marvel low print time). Looked on ebay- no copies outside of ebay stores.

 

I read your post the other day and decided to search a long box and found both copies. I posted them in the market place if anyone is interested as I would rather let them go to someone who will give them a good home.

Wow! It just might keep this momentum up. My wife is a die hard L.K. Hamilton fan, and apparently she's sold over 6 million books, if even a small percentage of that translates to comic sales, this book will like gold in a few weeks. The book had over 3 months of delays before it finally shipped, and many Anita Blake fans may not have known it shipped. Definately one to keep an eye on.

thanks to this post and thread, I was able to grab one, (the last one) at the LCS. Really nice art too. Appearently there is a 2nd print in the works or out now too.

Someone picked up a lot of 100 copies of issue #1 for $750 this month on ebay. 300 1-5 first prints will be through the roof if advance buzz on the movie is good. The preview is amazing.

Wizard is hyping Alpha Flight 106-130 as being hot. They quote one retailer as saying he is able to get at least $6 per issue, with certain issues such as 106 (Northstar comes out) fetching $25. I haven't seen this translate to ebay yet, but it could be coming.

seriously, how hard could 24 issues be to find? this was the early/mid 90s when books about to get cancelled still had 75-100K print-runs.

That's good news, I have picked up 4 sets earlier this year for not a lot! Is it worth getting any slabbed??

 

Should be a great movie, I still think Sin City is one of the best films of the last 20 years!
