BuscemasAvengers
I have a lead on this book, which is slabbed by the other guys as a 7.0. I know there are only 11 on the CGC census, but is it a difficult book to find, let alone in high grade? I've been told by the seller it is, but I'm not convinced. Apologies for the poopy pic. jimjum12

There are probably others that can better speak to the true rarity of this one but I’ve owned 2 copies. Here’s the one I still have. Yeh. Independent of pricing, any Fox romance 7.0 or better is worth buying. True for the investor, doubly true for the collector. But of course nothing is independent of pricing. Telegan
A little late, but I saw a raw My Story #6 in the most recent Sunday/Monday auction on Heritage. It wasn't in great shape from what I recall.
Dr. Love
Btw, on the subject. Heres an fyi Inaflash has a sales thread on the boards in which he has a ped high grade fox romance. My Life 6, 9.0. One of the top 20 fox romance imho. He wants a pretty penny but it's worth it - meaning it would go for his ask or probably more at auction. Popular Post mustang33guy
I take that this one seems to be pretty rare. Only took me 4 years to find a copy, and I hadn’t seen any for sale prior! My Secret Story #29 Last issue in the run and beautiful reverse night sky cover. Popular Post EdMann2
I have been actively buying romance comics for almost 25 years - and I've found that almost any Fox issues are among the hardest to find. I tend to stick to lower grades (1.8 - 3.0, as long as they are complete) because when it comes to romance comics I have more of a "quantity over quality" mindset, and even in those grades Fox issues seem to be few and far between, compared to almost any other publisher. And when they do turn up they are almost always in terrible shape, for whatever reason. I have a tracking sheet for my romance comics that includes the percentage I own by publisher, and Fox is BY FAR the lowest - for all but 5 publishers I have between 50-100%, but Fox is far below the others at under 12%. I just never seem to run across them. Which is especially surprising since they released over 100 romance issues. So, in my particular experience, they seem pretty scarce across the board. And while I'm talking about these percentages - I am one comic away from completing my ACG romances - and it's one I've been trying to find for years (in any grade). So if anyone has a line on a copy of Lovelorn 50, please let me know! comicjack, Dr. Love, Microbia and 2 others 4

The reverse background colors are cool, must be a secret story behind that. Maybe saving on black ink or thinking it won’t stand out on the newsstand? Seems none of the blue beetle, phantom lady or all-top titles in this late ‘40s era had a primarily black background. comicjack, Point Five, damonwad and 1 other

Yorick
Only six census copies. CGC notes the cover art by "Vernon Henkel and Warren Broderick". I had always been under the impression that it was Wally Wood. I guess I'll have to remove the posting in the Wood Thread... Any of those graded copies should look better than this one (even the Canadian one). BuscemasAvengers
