haha no, i am the exact opposite , i really appreciate low grade and it's so much cheaper.. i especially like lower grade coins that i can handle without worrying about anything ...
when it comes to higher grade comics i really can't tell much difference between 7.5-9.0 so i am lucky that way that i don't need expensive hi-grade
OCD is great as far as a clean house goes !! not so much for collecting... unless you are well off financially

nope i would just move on to another hobby, i am just about to get back into coins again..
since i was a young child many of the holy grails in coins (1909 SVDB cent 1916 D Mercury dime , 1877 Indian cent ..etc etc..) now cost less than a 2.0 ASM 14
i always wanted them ( every child in the neighborhood dreamed of a 1916 D Mercury dime where i grew up at, when i was a kid) and now they look dirt cheap with room to grow compared to comics

your first submission is awesome and you have a lot of great books coming back ! you put a lot of time and effort into it so here is the way to get the most enjoyment out of it trust me !
when they are all done graded DO NOT look at the grades on-line , that would ruin all your time and effort with a 15 second glance and also just because you have an on-line grade you don't want to count your chickens before you have received the comics in you house and in your living room to unbox !
when you get your CGC comics home delay the gratification by only looking at one or two per day , do this by reaching into the box and pulling out a random comic , and before you look at the grade , cover up the grade and admire the CGC comic in its sweet new case ! and the exaine both front and back and try and guess the grade before you reveal it to yourself ... to extend the pleasure even more , give yourself some time to reflect upon the anticipated grade before the reveal .
with your 11 book submission you can get a full week of comic book pleasure , full of anticipation !!!! trust me you will appreciate it so much more if you do it this way instead of impatiently looking at the grades right off the bat

I’m quite happy now buying only back issues that came out prior to the mid 70’s.
