So the one with the crooked label also had cracks on 3 of the 4 sides of the slab. It was a book that came back a couple months ago from the Kevin Eastman Ronin signing. I reached out to your customer support about 2 weeks ago ( I was made aware that it could be fixed by another user here) but I was told I was out of luck since I did not contact within 14 days. Is this correct?

To replace the label they have to crack open the slab.  You will get a new slab by default.

We have recently revised the 2 week rule for certain things.  If you follow all of the instructions I posted above, there should be no problem.  I am going to approve the fixing of the crooked label.  they will have to crack open the slab to do that.  Just send in the 2 books.  (the other one has a misspelled artist name)

Received my MS5 back and noticed quite a mess inside the case.  So I took a closer look at my Batman and noticed more of the same. Not as bad, as I missed it the first time, but it's definitely there.

I sharpie'd many of the areas hoping they will see what I'm talking about.  The MS5 is pretty obvious though.

Not sure if inside the plastic shell, or on the outside of the inner sleeve.  Some places look like scuffing, other places look like residue... of who knows what.

Now to see what ME TATs are....

There were a lot more that were worse. Sorry yours weren't the "better" ones. CGC will reholder at no charge, of course, for all of these.

Received a 25 book sub back yesterday. One of the slabs had a broken corner, yet no broken pieces in the box, and no other books damaged. No damage to the outside of the box to explain interior damage. It appears that shipping broke a slab prior to putting it in the box, but then shipped it anyway. Why couldn't this just have been fixed in house instead of creating more problems for the customer?  I'm just frustrated.

I wonder if that means other departments will as well? Originally last year early, they were working weekends a bit. Last I asked about that, they didn't know what I was speaking about, so if the announcement they were happened... They never followed up with stopping it lol

Yes.  Complete a submission form by selecting the mechanical error option.  Be specific as to what has happened.  A prepaid shipping label will automatically be sent to you through the website (not by e-mail)   On the packing slip write the problem, and write ATTN:  Matt Nelson.  Be sure to write ME in multiple spots on the outside of the box.  Please PM me a tracking number when you have one.  Also, copy and paste the text you wrote here and the images of the book in the PM.
